Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs Your use of the website www.peacockindia.in ("Website"), all associated services, platforms, and the Company's Proprietary Products (Feedback Sync, MallConnect, Patient Lens AI, Bilimbe). This AUP forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and is incorporated therein by reference. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of Your access, without prejudice to the Company's other legal rights and remedies.
1. Purpose
This section explains why this Policy exists and what it aims to protect.
1.1. The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy is to:
- (a) Ensure the integrity, security, and availability of the Website, Services, and Proprietary Products;
- (b) Protect the rights, safety, and privacy of all Users, Clients, and third parties;
- (c) Establish clear boundaries for lawful and responsible use;

4.1 Feedback Sync
- (a) Users shall use Feedback Sync solely for its intended purpose of collecting, managing, and analysing feedback.
- (b) Users shall not use Feedback Sync to distribute spam, phishing attempts, or deceptive surveys.
- (c) Users shall ensure that all survey respondents have provided valid consent for data collection in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- (d) Users shall not attempt to extract, scrape, or bulk-download respondent data except through the platform's authorised export features.
4.2 MallConnect
- (a) Mall operators and tenants shall use MallConnect solely for authorised loyalty programme management, customer engagement, analytics, and marketing activities.
- (b) Users shall not manipulate loyalty points, rewards, or analytics data.
- (c) Users shall not use MallConnect's customer data for purposes outside the scope of the applicable agreement or in violation of data protection laws.
- (d) Users shall not create fraudulent purchase registrations or reward redemptions.
4.3 Patient Lens AI
- (a) Patient Lens AI shall be used solely by authorised healthcare personnel for the purpose of hospital documentation and clinical compliance.
- (b) Users shall not use Patient Lens AI as a substitute for professional medical judgement, diagnosis, or treatment decisions.
- (c) All patient data processed through Patient Lens AI must comply with applicable healthcare data protection regulations, including but not limited to the IT Act, DPDP Act, and (where applicable) GDPR.
- (d) Users shall implement appropriate access controls to ensure that patient data is accessible only to authorised personnel.
- (e) Users are prohibited from exporting, sharing, or transferring patient data outside the authorised system without proper anonymisation, de-identification, or valid consent/legal basis.
4.4 Bilimbe
- (a) Event organisers and users shall use Bilimbe products and services solely for their intended purposes of event photography, digital engagement, and social media sharing.
- (b) Users shall not use Bilimbe platforms to capture, store, or distribute content that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, or violates the privacy of any individual.
- (c) Users must ensure that all individuals captured in photos or videos have consented to being photographed and to the sharing of their images.
- (d) Users shall not manipulate or alter photos or digital content created through Bilimbe products in a manner that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful.
5. Content Standards
This section establishes the standards for any content submitted to, or created through, the Website or Proprietary Products.
5.1. Any content You submit, upload, post, or transmit through the Website or Products must:
- (a) Be accurate, complete, and not misleading;
- (b) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
- (c) Not infringe the Intellectual Property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
- (d) Not contain any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
- (e) Not contain any personal data of third parties without their valid consent.
5.2. The Company reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, review, and remove any content that violates this AUP, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
