This AI & Automation Liability Policy ("AI Policy") governs the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated tools by Peacock India in the delivery of Services and through its Proprietary Products. As a technology company that leverages AI, IoT, and machine learning for smart, data-driven applications and experiences, the Company recognises the need for transparency, accountability, and clear liability allocation in relation to AI-generated and AI-assisted outputs. This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.

4.1. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONTENT, DESIGNS, CODE, ANALYTICS, RECOMMENDATIONS, AND DOCUMENTATION, ARE PRODUCED USING PROBABILISTIC MODELS AND ALGORITHMS. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS SHALL BE:
4.2. The Client acknowledges that AI technology is evolving and inherently involves limitations. The Company shall use reasonable efforts to minimise errors and improve AI output quality, but cannot eliminate all risks associated with AI-generated content.
4.3. Any reliance placed on AI-generated outputs without independent verification by qualified professionals shall be at the Client's or User's sole risk.

5.4.1. MallConnect provides AI-driven analytics, customer insights, and campaign recommendations based on collected data. These are intended as decision-support tools and do not constitute guarantees of commercial outcomes.

7.1. Where AI tools process personal data (including customer data through MallConnect, patient data through Patient Lens AI, or respondent data through Feedback Sync), the Company shall:
